Shhh…I’m an undercover agent in Paris.

If you have been reading my blog, you know that I have been taking you to Europe with me as I interview people here and find their special stories.

Most of these stories come from conversations that happen spontaneously wherever I go.

Something amazing is happening to me as I do this.

I feel like an undercover agent looking for what is good and interesting in everyone I meet.

That’s melting my shyness and making it easier for me to connect with people.

And the fun part is that people have no idea that’s what I’m doing as I strike up a conversation with them!

As I listen, really listen, I become riveted. At the end of our conversation, when I tell them I want to write a blog about them, they are surprised that I think who they are and the snippets of their lives they have shared with me are that interesting.

But to me they are gold.
