A typical client is a highly capable woman who cares deeply about others and the state of the world. But somewhere along the way she has lost touch with some of her true self and doesn’t feel as deeply fulfilled as she thinks she should by now.

Women choose Life and Business Coaching with me for a wide range of reasons, yet there tend to be TWO COMMON THEMES. .

1.  THIS WOMAN is coping with stresses, pressures, demands and expectations that weigh on her. She craves ease and WELL-BEING — and also wants to reach her goals, live her full potential and make her contribution.

Her stress may stem from her position and visibility, professional responsibilities or life balance issues. She feels pulled in many directions and there isn’t enough time for everything she wants to do. It’s hard for her to slow down or take the best care of herself so she is vulnerable to headaches, sleep difficulties, exhaustion, loss of joy, and stress-related illness.

She knows she would be happier, and better at what she does, if she weren’t so driven — yet she sometimes feels like she “should” be doing even more! And strangely, for all the people she knows and the contacts she has, she sometimes feels a loneliness that nothing seems to touch.

Things this woman might say:

“I want to make a contribution, but there has to be an easier way.”
“No matter how much I accomplish, there’s always more I want to do.”
”I wish I had someone to talk to about what I’m going through.”

In our coaching, we find a way for this woman to accomplish the goals that are important to her AND have inner peace and well-being. She experiences new ease and gains a richer, more rewarding life.

2.  THIS WOMAN is facing a life challenge or major turning point. She wants the process and outcome to be a positive experience that makes her life EVEN BETTER than it was before — even if she’s not sure right now how that can happen.

She is breaking new ground for herself, so she is likely to feel disoriented, confused or afraid. It would be such a relief to get support and guidance from someone who can help her find her way — her best way!

Her challenge or turning point might be an OUTER event such as divorce, empty nest, career change, retirement, moving or the death of someone close to her. She might be feeling hurt, loss, fear, excitement and/or hope. She wants clarity and support to make her best choices and take the best actions.

Or her challenge or turning point might be an INNER change such as a desire to change careers or leave her own company; a restless feeling, like she is missing something important in life (and may or may not know what it is); a readiness for a spiritual breakthrough or more integration of her spirituality into her life; or a feeling that it’s time to develop more inner peace and self-love.

In either case, she might also sense that there is a higher purpose waiting for her. Or, even after all she has accomplished in her life, she doesn’t know who she really  is deep down in her core, in her True Self, and she longs to find out!

Things this woman might say:

“This is disorienting. I can’t see a clear path.”
“I feel like there is a higher purpose waiting for me and I want to find it.”
“I want this to be a positive turning point that lifts my life to a higher level.”

In our coaching, this woman’s life challenge or major turning point becomes a positive transition that empowers her and lifts her life to a higher level. The gifts she gains stay with her, and later she looks back on this time with gratitude for where it has taken her. .

.
Do you recognize yourself in either (or both!) of these women?
Is one of the statements below something YOU  might say?

  • “I want this to be a positive turning point in my life.”
  • “Sometimes I can’t see the light at the end of the tunnel.”
  • “It would be such a relief if someone could just see what I need.”
  • “I want to stop being so _______ (anxious, exhausted, hard on myself, stuck, lonely, afraid, driven, etc.).”
  •  “I always think I have to solve everything by myself.”

I assure you, you do NOT have to solve everything by yourself — I am here to help you!

My exceptional ability is that I can see the bigger picture of what’s going on for you, describe that bigger picture to you, and help you create the outcomes you want.

I invite you to reach out and let’s talk about how I can help YOU. .

Our work together becomes the pivot point to greater INNER and OUTER WELL-BEING you can draw on for the rest of your life.

If you’re almost ready to reach out BUT…you would like an in-depth example of what you might experience when working with me, CLICK HERE  to read this story of “Jane”, a composite based on clients I have helped.

JANE’S STORY

Jane’s life looked great from the outside. She was smart, successful and known in her community for giving back. Many people were envious of her life. And she was grateful for all she had.

“I have been blessed,” she told me.
Yet, she wasn’t happy — something  was missing.

For starters, her life was go-go-go. She worked 10- to 12-hour days running her company and keeping up with the social commitments her position required. She could hardly remember the last time she wasn’t exhausted.  CLICK HERE to see how Jane’s story turns out….
